Chromatin
This category presents techniques for analyzing chromatin organization in vivo, as well as, in vitro assays for the analysis and characterization of chromatin and its constituents including, but not limited to, in situ studies of nuclease sensitivity and protection, CHIP (chromatin immunoprecipitation), footprinting, nucleosome structure, characterization and preparation of chromatin (e.g. histone modifications) and chromatin-associated components (see also PROTEIN-NUCLEIC ACID INTERACTIONS).
