Interactive recognition in EcoRl restriction enzyme-DNA complex

A solution study or interaction between DNA and EcoRI restriction enzyme snows that there is a definite distortion of DNA in the specific recognition complexes but no Measurable DNA distortion in the non-specific interaction.
