Corrigenda

Direct sequencing from low-melt agarose with Sequenase®

K.A. Kretz and J.S.O. O'Brien

Two important points were omitted from the methods details of this article. The third sentence of the second paragraph should read:

10 µl of DNA were annealed to 5 µl of sequencing primer (10 ng/µl) and 3 µl of sequencing buffer (5x) by heating to 95°C (or placing in boiling water) for 10 min and cooling quickly to 37°C.
