Cleavage positions of Bst API, a new restriction endonuclease (ENase) that
recognizes palindromic interrupted DNA sequence, have been determined.
Recognition sequences and cleavage sites comparison shows that Bst API
shares similarity with a number of type II restriction enzymes.
