Stepwise synthesis of oligonucleotides. XXI I. The synthesis of T{Psi}- loop fragments of yeast tRNA1Val and their analogs

Received April 27, 1977. The method of the combined use of nucleolytic enzymes was used for the synthesis of T{Psi}-loop fragments of yeast va-line tHNA and their analogs. Dinucleoside monophosphates, trinucleoside diphosphates and tetranucleoside triphosphates having the sequences of fragments 54–57 and 59–62 or their analogs were synthesized.
