CORRIGENDA

A novel procedure for simple and efficient genotyping of single nucleotide polymorphisms by using the Zn2+–cyclen complex

E.Kinoshita-Kikuta, E.Kinoshita and T.Koike

Nucleic Acids Res. (2002) 30, e126

The authors would like to apologise for an error in the first paragraph of MATERIALS AND METHODS. The third sentence in this paragraph incorrectly reads:

The anode buffer was 90 mM Tris/90 mM borate, and the cathode buffer was 90 mM Tris/90 mM borate/5 mM Zn2+–cyclen.

The correct sentence is:

The cathode buffer was 90 mM Tris/90 mM borate, and the anode buffer was 90 mM Tris/90 mM borate/5 mM Zn2+–cyclen.
