Analysis of scanning force microscopy images of protein-induced DNA bending using simulations

The publishers would like to apologize for an error in the abstract. The last four words were erroneously removed. The last sentence of the abstract is given below in full.

In this manner, we were able to obtain accurate estimates for the bending angles induced by nuclear factor I, octamer-binding transcription factor 1, the human XPC-Rad23B complex and integration host factor.
