The authors apologize for an error in Materials and Methods in the above paper in which nanomolar concentrations of primers were given as nmol. The full and correct sentence is given below.
Reaction mixtures were as described previously (20) with the following exceptions: 60 nM of each unlabeled gene primer, 300 nM of each universal IRD-labeled primer and 175 ng of genomic DNA were used per reaction.
