The authors would like to apologise for an error on page 5 of the above article. The first sentence should read as follows:

Twenty-five microliters of the fragment are used as primer with 10 µl Driver bio-dsDNA template in the presence of 2.5 µl each ddNTPs-bio (Biotin-11-ddNTPs, 1mM, NEN® Life Science Products Inc., Boston, MA), 0.025 µl each dNTPs (Roche, 1mM stock) and 1µl (32U)Thermo SequenaseTMTM (Amersham Pharmacia Biotech, Inc., Piscataway, NJ).
