Primary structure of baker's yeast tRNA2bVal
Institute of Molecular Biology, Academy of Sciences of the USSR Vavilov Str., 32, Moscow, B-312, USSR
Received July 25, 1977. The minor form of valine tRNA from baker's yeast tRNA2bVal purified by column chromatography was completely digested with guanyloRNase and pancreatic RNase. The products of these digestions were separated by a combination of thin-layer chromatography on cellulose and high voltage electrophoresis on DEAEpaper and then identified. The halves of tRNA2bVal were prepared by partial digestion with pancreatic RNase and their complete guanyloRNase and pancreatic RNase, digests were analysed. Basing on the obtained data the primary structure of baker's yeast tRNA2bVal was reconstructed.
