Cover: Looking into the RsrI methyltransferase active site, the 5¢ -methylthio-5¢ -deoxyadenosine bound in place of S-adenosyl methionine is visible in a ball and stick representation. The ribbon diagram of the structure is visible through the molecular surface of the molecule. The surface has been colored by regions that interact with other molecules. The red surface forms the cofactor and flipped nucleotide binding sites, and the green surface may bind and recognize DNA.
