Cover: Structure of the E2 transcription factor from Human Papillomavirus Type 6a, in complex with its preferred DNA binding site. Studies of E2:DNA complexes from both high- and low-risk papillomaviruses have lead Hooley et al. (Pg 3897–3908,this issue) to suggest that limited structural adaptability of the E2 protein from the low-risk HPV6a virus may account for its higher selectivity of DNA binding sequences.
